1. About TipStaq

TipStaqis a marketplace for verified sports analysts (“tipsters”) and the people who follow them. We publish picks, performance statistics and analyst profiles. We do not accept wagers, do not facilitate gambling transactions, and are not a bookmaker.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to view sports picks and create an account. By using TipStaqyou confirm that doing so is lawful where you live.

3. No guarantees

Sports picks involve risk. Historical performance, ratings and statistics are descriptive only and do not predict future results. No pick on TipStaqis guaranteed, “risk-free” or a “sure thing”. You alone decide whether to act on any information you see here.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account.

5. Tipster content

Tipsters are independent creators. They are responsible for the accuracy, legality and originality of their picks and the claims they make in their profiles. We may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Prohibited use

• Scraping, reverse-engineering or abusing the service.
• Impersonation, fraud or misrepresentation of results.
• Posting content that promotes illegal activity or targets minors.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are not active yet. When they launch, the billing terms will be presented at checkout and form part of these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform or harm other users.

9. Liability

TipStaqis provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim liability for any losses arising from sports outcomes, third-party bookmakers or your use of the service.
